For my project I am going to draw a flower out of pencils. I’m seriously nervous about doing this because my drawing capabilities are seriously lacking and I don’t believe I can really do this.
For my pencil project I chose to draw a flower out of pencils. I made the petals giant flowers and had the lead of each pencil pointing outward. The eraser was the center of the flower and I had a pattern of silver, yellow, brown, and black layered in the very center of the flower. I chose to make a flower because I find nature very beautiful and the idea of a pencil flower seemed very interesting to me
One problem I had with this project was the fact that I have low self-confidence. I doubt myself often and am often way too hard on myself. This side of me came out a lot doing this project. I worked my way though all the self doubt and worked very hard to come out with a project I consider beautiful I am very surprised at how well this project turned out. I did not expect such a nice outcome and I definitely did not expect to feel good about this project in the end. I let my self doubts hold me back a lot in life but this time I shut them out and kept working until I had a great project that I can honestly say I am very proud of.
